The Human Resources Department is located on the second floor of the hospital in the administrative area.  The department provides employee assistance functions to include:

ˇ Human Resources Policies & Procedures

ˇ Record maintenance

ˇ Information management on turnover, retention, and employee orientation

 

Human Resources posts approved openings, works with the Employment Security Division for posting of all non-licensed positions, conducts initial employee screening, coordinates interviews with the individual departments, and processes the necessary paperwork when the new employees are hired.

 

The Human Resources office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Home Health Director

Magnolia Hospital is seeking a Home Health Director responsible for the overall management of the Home Health Agency Services.  The position is responsible for the planning, organizing, direction, and control of all functions of Home Health, coordinating all quality activities, cost containment, staffing, education, expansion of services, and marketing for the Home Health Agency services.  A Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from an accredited college/university is required.  The candidate should have at least five (5) years Home Health Management experience.  Must have experience with Quality Improvement Organizations (QIOs) Revenue Cycle, coding for quality and financial optimization, Federal, and State regulations and Joint Commission standards and optimizing Home Health Department productivity and teamwork.
