Guest Services
Visiting Hours Visiting hours are 9:00am-9:00pm in all patient areas, but are flexible to meet the needs of family and friends. Please check in a the nurses’ station before proceeding to a patient’s room. This ensures that the patient is prepared for visitors. Children are welcome in most areas, but must be supervised at all times.
Cafeteria Open Daily from 7:30am-6:00pm Breakfast: 7:30am-8:30am Lunch: 11:30am-1:00pm Dinner: 5:00pm-6:00pm The cafeteria is located just off the main hall. Visitors are welcome to purchase meals made by our dietary staff. Vending machines are also available throughout the hospital.
No Smoking Smoking is not permitted on hospital property in Arkansas.
Volunteers Volunteers contribute many hours of service and financial assistance to the hospital. They supplement the services of the hospital staff in many ways and can be identified by their pink jackets or maroon vests.
Mail and Newspapers Letters that arrive for patients will be delivered each weekday morning by a volunteer. Newspapers can be purchased by the main entrance.
Interpreters Interpreters are available upon request.
Parking Free parking is available for patients and visitors 24 hours a day. A small lot is available on the west side of the hospital, just out the main entrance. Additional parking is available to the east, just off Jackson Street. Please be sure to lock your car.
Gift Shop The Gift Shop, staffed by volunteers, is open from 9:00am - 3:30pm daily. The shop has an assortment of items for sale.
